Kelly Kibbey Smith is Of Counsel at Dean, Mead & Dunbar. Kelly represents the 2nd Judicial Circuit on the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors and is a past President of the Florida Government Bar Association. Her husband, Ryan, has worked in Florida politics for nearly two decades and has led many legislators and members of congress to victory. They met in 2017 and married in 2020. They are active members of St. John’s Episcopal Church where you can frequently hear their toddler, Lawrence, offering his comments during the Sunday service.
