As the President and CEO of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association, Mrs. Dover works to protect, educate, and promote the diverse interests of Florida’s hospitality industry since 1995. She also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Restaurant Association, Council of State Restaurant Associations, International Society of Hotel Association Executives, VISIT FLORIDA, Florida State University College of Business Board of Governors, Florida TaxWatch and the Florida Agriculture Center and Horse Park.
