Jessica Yeary is the Public Defender for Florida’s Second Judicial Circuit. A criminal defense attorney for over a decade, she is Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law and proudly served two terms as President of the Tallahassee Chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. As the elected Public Defender, she continues to handle cases in the courtroom and is currently defending all of the children charged as adults in her office.
